01Acceptance

By installing or using Sipra you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. They apply alongside the privacy policy, which explains what the app stores and how it's handled.

02License

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Sipra on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app, except where the platform you installed it from (Google Play) allows it.

03Pricing and extras

Sipra is free to download and use today. Future versions may add optional extras, such as themes or other ways to customise the app. If that happens, anything that costs money will be shown to you in the app before you pay, and these terms will be updated first. Reminders are optional and off until you switch them on.

04Not medical advice

Sipra is a general wellness app, not a medical device. The suggested daily goal and the totals it shows are for personal information only. They aren't meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and the right amount of water differs between people. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, and get emergency help in an emergency instead of relying on this app.

05Your responsibilities

  • The details you enter (username, goal, drink sizes) are yours to keep accurate, and so is the security of your phone, since that's where all the app's data lives.
  • Data you delete, or lose by uninstalling, is gone. The developer has no copy to give back.
  • Don't use the app in a way that could harm or disable it, or that interferes with anyone else's device.

06Ownership

The app, its design and its code belong to its developer. The goal, settings and drink log that you generate belong to you. They stay on your device, and the developer doesn't claim, sell or license them.

07No warranty

Sipra is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes, without limitation, the accuracy of totals and statistics, the timing of reminders (Android may delay or skip notifications to save battery), and fitness for a particular purpose.

08Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that arise from using, or being unable to use, the app. That includes relying on its totals or on a reminder arriving. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be excluded where you live.

09Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above will change with them, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes before they apply. Carrying on using Sipra after a change means you accept the new terms.
